I agree with the fact that by losing weight, you are actually helping your brain to improve. Current research proves that and I believe that everyone should know too. Obesity is a major problems nowadays and we should really try to counter this problem. In my country, Malaysia, obesity of children are really high and the government  decides to reduce the amount of unhealthy foods being served in the school canteens. This is a really sad news as it shows how desperate the government trying to tackle obesity. A healthy person can help their country better and healthy work force are needed to fuel the country needs for development.

That's why it is important to lose weight. By losing weight, your overall health will improve thus leading to a healthier life style. Interested on being smart? Start your weight loss journey and you're one step ahead on being one.

Brain zap - For those who seeks to improve their gaming skills

Transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) is a simple circuit that uses a 9-volt battery to stimulate the brain with electricity. Research claims that by zapping your brain with electricity, gamers improve themselves and plays game better.

For me, I think that this technology can be used for many profession that requires brain use. But, the thought of my brain is electrified, really scares me. If the simulation can be proved as safe, it might be something popular one day for people who seeks to improve their skills instantly. Although, I prefer the natural way which is by training our brain with brain exercises. So, if you were given a choice to do brain zap. Will you do it?

The size of brain could be one of the clue to the start of Alzheimer

A US study that was published in the journal Neurology had stated that the size of your brain could determine the start of Alzheimer. The research discovered that people who have the smallest cortex measurements ( small sized brain ) went to develop Alzheimer's disease within seven to 10 years.

Surprisingly, the person who has the largest cortex measurement ( largest brain ) never developed the disease. The researchers are now trying to narrow down their research so that they can determine the factor more accurately.

Wow! Are small brain sized people are doomed with Alzheimer when they are old? I don't think so. Alzheimer can be prevented. Some of the ways to prevent Alzheimer are training your brain, eat good food and consult your neurologist. So, keep your brain active every day and your risk to get Alzheimer should be low.
